FAQs

1. A monetary deposit and signing of this contract is required to bind terms. If paying deposit by check, the check should be payable to ROBERT P. HIDROGO.

2. Any deposit received is non-refundable. BALANCE MUST BE PAID-IN-FULL 3 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE.

3. Parties entering into this contract are permanently bound to fulfill the obligations by this agreement unless one or more of the following conditions apply:

​

a. Both parties mutually agree to leave the agreement and its responsibilities.

b. The event described herein is completely cancelled, and a minimum of 30 days notice is given.

4. In the event that Bizzy Bee Entertainment & Events, LLC. becomes unable to provide its services due to complications beyond its control, a reputable replacement shall be provided at no more than the original price agreed on.

5. Any and all information or details needed (music/ songs chosen, slideshows created, color of up lighting chosen, approval of Gobo design, etc.) MUST be provided to your DJ no later than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event.

6. Bizzy Bee Entertainment & Events, LLC. shall not be held liable for any action arising from or in connection with any individuals not directly affiliated with Bizzy Bee Entertainment & Events, LLC. Furthermore, the party(s) contacting Bizzy Bee Entertainment & Events, LLC. agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all damages caused by themselves or their guests involving any of Bizzy Bee Entertainment & Events, LLC. contractors and property.

7. The parties purchasing the services of Bizzy Bee Entertainment & Events, LLC. agree to allow Bizzy Bee Entertainment & Events, LLC. to use pictures, audio and video images taken at this event for promotional purposes.
